On behalf of ECA’s Executive Board & staff, we are delighted to announce the election of Captain Dirk Polloczek as the new ECA President. He was elected unanimously at the ECA November General Assembly, in Brussels. He takes over from Nico Voorbach who held the position for the past four years.

Dirk Polloczek has been flying for German Lufthansa since 1995 and is presently a captain on A320. He has been ECA Board Director for Professional Affairs for the last 2 years, supporting and overseeing ECA’s work on transnational representation, fair competition, and industrial issues. Before joining the ECA Board, he was a member of the VC Board and was closely involved in different functions in VC.
