The European Cockpit Association (ECA) is the representative body of European pilots at European Union (EU) level and seeks to continually serve as a catalyst for positive improvements across the European airline industry i.a. through surveys and publishing of survey results.

While ECA has taken reasonable steps in order to ensure to the extent possible and to the best of its knowledge that the information contained in the survey (Survey) on which the present Social Rating Dashboard (Dashboard) is based is reliable, the content of the Dashboard must always be read together with the section of the Rating explaining the Survey methodology (Methodology). The Dashboard may not be used, published, sold, licenses, distributed, edited, modified, adapted or altered and no part of the Dashboard may be used separately from any other part of the Dashboard, without prior agreement of ECA.

The reader and any person using the Dashboard shall take into account the limitations of the Methodology and their impact on the relevance and accuracy of the Survey results. Without prejudice of the generality of the foregoing, ECA expressly highlights that the Survey was carried out on anonymous basis and that ECA cannot and does not warrant that the replies received from the Survey respondents were provided by persons who are a pilot of an airline included in the Dashboard and does not maintain or represent that the information, opinions, ratings, analyses in and conclusions of the Dashboard, necessarily reflect the perspectives of all, or of a critical mass of, pilots of airlines covered by the Report. The readers attention is also drawn to the fact that neither ECA, nor its principals or employees are registered or licensed analysts or advisors and that the Dashboard was not intended to be and shall not be construed as a statistically significant survey.

In addition ECA stresses that as with any survey, the data of the type upon which the Dashboard is based (and the resulting data and analysis) are inherently impacted by numerous factors such as, but not limited to, sampling errors, timing of data collection, market dynamics and correctness and sincerity of Survey respondents' answers. ECA stresses that it does not endorse such answers nor all or any part of the content of the Dashboard reflecting such answers and that neither the Dashboard nor the information on which it is based represent the views or opinions of ECA of its principals or its employees.

Any information provided in the Dashboard is provided without REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES OR COVENANTS whether express OR implied, statutory or otherwise, AND ECA MAKES NO SUCH REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES OR COVENANTS, with respect to the content of THE SURVEY, OF THE Dashboard or OF the information, DATA OR OPINIONS on which THEY ARE based OR THE ANALYSIS OR THE CONCLUSIONS BASED THEREON. without limitation OF THE FOREGOING, ECA disclaims any SUCH warranties AND representations IN TERMS OF fitness for a particular purpose or FOR the reader’s or any other party’s specific needs, non-infringement, CORRECTNESS, COMPLETENESS, reliability, accuracy, quality or completeness OF THE CONTENT OF THE SURVEY, OF THE Dashboard OR OF THE INFORMATION, DATA OR OPINIONS ON WHICH THEY ARE BASED OR THE ANALYSIS OR THE CONCLUSIONS BASED THEREON.

The Dashboard does not constitute and shall not be construed as legal, commercial, financial or managerial advice or any other type of advice by ECA to any person or entity. Any person or entity shall use and interpret the Dashboard and the information included therein and shall draw any conclusions from the Dashboard or the said information in his own discretion at his own risk and responsibility.
