Job opportunity: Junior Admin & IT Coordinator

We are looking for an organised multi-tasker to assist in administrative, IT and organisation tasks of the association. The ideal candidate is a recent graduate with up to 2 years' experience, fluent in English, IT-skilled and resourceful.


Junior Admin & IT Coordinator  


Provide IT support (e.g. installing programs, solving problems, updating mailing lists, set up & maintenance Microsoft 365 solutions) 
Coordinate & liaise with external IT companies and developers to ensure all communications and platforms function flawlessly  
Provide office support (organizing meetings, logistics, accommodation, office supplies orders, etc.)  
Take  meeting minutes in English, draft reports and prepare presentations 
Occasionally assist the Communications Team with updating our website, social media, or creating publications layout & design 
Your Profile:  

Recent graduate with up to two years of professional experience (IT, Admin…) 
Excellent English writing skills (good written and spoken French is an asset)  
IT-skilled and hands on person, eager to learn  
You have a broad view and work experience with the Microsoft 365 portfolio including Teams, OneDrive & SharePoint 
Knowledge and experience with CRM, Social Media, Google Suite (Analytics, AdWords), CMS (Drupal or similar)
