Stronger & clear rules on the ‘Principal Place of Business’ and the related ‘Place of Establishment’ in aviation are a must, if Europe wants to safeguard its aviation industry. This was one of the key solutions to an ever more prominent problem of increasing globalisation & liberalisation without adequate legal frameworks. The solution was presented by ECA in October during a meeting with a select number of Members of the European Parliament.
